Rent can be conveniently paid online through our invoice system, which supports various online payment methods. If you prefer, you're also welcome to write a check or pay in cash using the secure deposit box located onsite.

The due date for rent payments varies based on your lease agreement. For monthly rentals, rent is due on the first of each month. We offer a 2-day grace period, during which you will receive a reminder the day after your due date. Starting from the third day past due, a late fee of $25 will be applied for each day the rent remains unpaid.
Parking arrangements depend on your specific unit. Larger units are allocated two vehicle spots, whereas some units have a one-vehicle allowance. Our parking is first-come, first-served, with designated spots for businesses. Additionally, vehicles with wraps or advertising are permitted to park overnight, accommodating those who use their vehicles for business purposes.
Yes, we prioritize the security of our residents. The main door to the office area is equipped with an automatic lock that activates after each use. Additionally, we have security cameras strategically placed throughout the property for enhanced safety. Each resident is issued keys, codes, and RFID access devices specific to the areas they need to access.
Included in your rent are essential utilities such as electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and trash services. While we ensure the regular maintenance of community spaces, we encourage residents to maintain cleanliness and order in these shared areas.
